Sue Grafton, RN, BSN, CWON, CFCN

Founder, The Sole Nurse

With more than 25 years of nursing experience, Sue brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to senior foot care. As a certified wound and ostomy nurse (CWON) in home health, she saw how many older adults lacked access to safe, routine foot care—care that can prevent falls, wounds, and mobility challenges.

Determined to bridge this gap, Sue became a Certified Foot Care Nurse (CFCN) and founded The Sole Nurse, LLC providing professional, preventative foot care tailored to seniors’ unique needs. Her approach combines skilled assessment, gentle treatment, and education that empowers clients to stay healthy and independent.

Sue also shares her expertise as a professional speaker, offering educational presentations at local, regional, and national levels.

If you have an ostomy, you know how hard it is to find the right support.  Sue also provides in home ostomy education, problem management, and yearly check ups.
